Q. Do you provide free samples of products?

A. We are asked this question at least 50 time every day. Unfortunately we do not provide free samples of any of our products. It is economically unsound of us to do so and we would soon be out of business giving away free products every time someone asked. Also a sample pack would not be effective. Every product sold by Ideal Health Services is designed to last at least 1 month so that maximum benefits can be gained. Sampling a product for a day or two would give no lasting or noticeable benefit.

Q. How do you ship your products?

A. For Australian Orders we ship via Registered Australia Post. For International Orders we use ECI Express couriers or Australia Post Air Mail. Delivery to most places in the world is approx 3 to 10 days after your order is placed - depending on your choice of shipping. Some shipments (to Asia) are usually overnight. Track your shipment through our Shopping Complex.

Q Do you dispatch the same day as goods are ordered?

A If the order is received and processed before 1.00 pm Brisbane time the request is dispatched same day. For orders received and processed after that time, next day dispatch. ( 2.00 pm Brisbane time equates to 8.00 pm Los Angeles time and 4.00 am London time)

Q How do you process your orders?

A All orders are manually processed once received to ensure that there are no errors on the requests and that the Credit Cards details are verified as correct. As such there may be a short delay in responding to your request if we are experiencing peak periods. Please be assured that all product requests are processed in the order in which they are received and as soon as possible. This is also the same for product queries or information requests.

If incorrect or incomplete details are provided, further delays may be experienced whilst we contact you either by telephone or email so please ensure that you check your order very carefully for mistakes before you submit it.

Q Is there a Guarantee with your products

A Ideal Health Services believes that there are some people who may not experience any physical change in their body by taking health supplements. This is due to their metabolic structure. However, we have provided testimonials of those that have used the products and experienced positive results. We have stated that the products are nutritional and primarily dietary supplements that may improve the general well being and health. Under these circumstances it is not possible for Ideal Health Services to give a money back guarantee on our Health Range

We will refund any charges (shipping and handling charges do not qualify for refunds) on any products returned to us unopened and in a saleable condition within 21 days of purchase.

Please note that we do not refund if you simply changed your mind.

In the event that the goods are inspected and opened by any Quarantine Agency you will be responsible for any quarantine inspection fees charged plus the cost of the product should the tamper proof seal be broken in the course of the inspection.

Any good returned are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
